Our experienced design team can engineer tooling for any and all industries. With over 30 years of industry experience, our designers create fully operational solid CAD models and prints for the following tool types: LSR, Plastic, Transfer/Compression, Extrusion, Die Cast, and End of Arm. We use the latest CAD/CAM software to integrate all design and mold manufacturing data. This software, along with FTP file transfer capabilities, allows us to interface quickly and effectively with your engineers.

Quality is built into each Kingson mold. Every employee involved in the mold building process is responsible for high quality assurance. We have a rigorous in-process inspection protocol whereby, at each critical stage in the manufacturing process, employees take responsibility for the quality of operations they perform. No component moves to the next stage of the mold-building process unless its quality is confirmed.

In addition to in-process quality inspection, a well-equipped inspection/QA lab, utilizing the full complement of inspection tools and procedures under the direction of an experienced QA manager, who is responsible for all final inspection procedures prior to mold shipment.
